I just bought the Hobby plan for 5 dollars and wanted to know how charging works over time. For there is a part that warns me esteemed, but does not show how much of my credits were used. Someone can enlighten me, I'm confused in this part.

Your plan includes $5 worth of usage, if you go beyond $5 in usage you will pay $5 + the difference.
If you use less than $5, you will still be charged $5.
