Dear Railway Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding my Railway account associated with the project/domain falahsupport.com (Email linked to account: [اپنی وہ ای میل لکھیں جس پر ریلوے کا اکاؤنٹ بنا ہوا ہے]).

Previously, my monthly bill was around $5/month, but this time I was billed $27, which is way beyond my budget for this project.

I would like to request:

A review of this current invoice to adjust or cap the usage.

Bringing my service back to the $5/month (Hobby Plan) or setting resource limits to prevent overages.

If it is not possible to maintain the service within the $5 budget, please guide me so I can safely export my database/data before unsubscribing from the service. I want to ensure my project data is completely safe.

Looking forward to your prompt response and assistance.

Best regards,

Nabeel Afzal

Your open invoice of $28.29 for the July 6 - August 6 cycle has been cleared, so nothing is owed on it. The jump from ~$5 to $28 happened because you upgraded to the Pro plan (which has a $20/month minimum instead of $5) and your memory usage alone was $26.72 this cycle. To get back to Hobby-level costs, you can downgrade from your workspace billing page, and set a compute hard limit at railway.com/workspace/usage to cap future spend. If you decide to leave instead, you can export your database first using standard tools (e.g. pg_dump for Postgres, mongodump for MongoDB) before removing the service.
