Hi my billing site is not loading, looks like UI bug. And I want to upgrade plan from free trial to hobby.

Your account is currently on the Hobby plan in a trialing state, so you can complete the upgrade by adding a payment method at railway.com/account/billing. If the billing page is not loading, try clearing your browser cache, using an incognito window, or a different browser.

same issue here

I got my app running in 20 minutes, looks like its working well with better power than heroku was giving and im stuck on the cant pay you money.

hard refresh with cache clear not fixing

it took an hour or 2 before i was able to get on a payment plan - im working, but will leave this out there for your testing
