Hello Railway Support,

My GitHub Actions workflow, railway-deploy.yml, is being blocked before validation starts with this message:

“The job was not started because recent account payments have failed or the spending limit needs to be increased. Please check the ‘Billing & plans’ section in your settings.”

I have already paid my Railway bill, and my existing services are still running successfully. Both dexter-sentinel and quantyx are online with no reported errors, but all new deployments remain blocked.

Please investigate:

• Any outstanding, partially paid, or unreconciled invoices
• Whether my payment method is marked as failed or restricted
• Any hard usage or spending limit still blocking deployments
• Whether my recent payment needs manual reconciliation
• Any account-level billing restriction preventing new deployments

Please clear the deployment restriction without deleting or changing my existing project, services, database, domains, environment variables, or production configuration.
