I was billed the same amount after I’ve paused my servers a couple weeks ago. Please arrange for a refund as no one was replying to my email.

Railway does not have a pause feature, how did you go about pausing your services?

How much where you billed for?

I turned off hobby plan and saw my account changed to trial. Thought the usage will be quickly used up and did get a message said my projects would be stop of the swtich. Do I need to delete my projects in order to not get charged for anything again?

I'm sorry but these questions and your statements are not clear.

Please clarify further so I am not left guessing on what to answer.

Okay - will I get charged again for the coming month if I did not delete my projects? Because currently project deployments have been paused (see attachment). I was orignally on hobby plan and stopped it a couple weeks back.Let me know what action I should take in order to not get unfairly charged again.

And I did see my project's site stopped running a couple weeks back. That's why I was confused about the billing.

Thank you for clarifying.

You are currently on the Trial plan, there is nothing to be charged for, if you upgrade to Hobby again you will be charged again, regardless of if you have anything running.

Thanks for your reply. And I've been back on the trial plan a couple weeks back - so wasn't expecting the usage charge in my June invoice (#DCCDEF76-0011) - can that be refunded?

If you went to https://railway.app/account/billing do you see a refund button besides the invoice?
