I’m currently subscribed to the $5 Hobby plan. My usage for the last month was $3.75, but I was charged the full $5.
I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing this and making an adjustment if possible.

Your latest invoice shows $3.57 in resource usage, which falls under the $5 included with the plan. The Hobby plan costs $5/mo. You are charged upfront for the subscription cost, and the minimum amount you pay is $5/mo with $5 of usage included (it is not a discount). To summarize: the minimum cost is $5/mo which buys you $5 in usage, if your usage is under $5 you are still charged $5, and if your usage is over $5 you are charged $5 plus any additional usage you incur. All Railway plans include a base subscription fee with usage-based resource billing on top. There is no standalone pay-as-you-go option without a subscription. The available plans are Free ($0/mo with $1 of included usage), Hobby ($5/mo with $5 included), Pro ($20/mo with $20 included), and Enterprise (custom pricing), with details at railway.com/pricing.
