On August 12 I made payments to railway
One was an outstanding payment of $1.41
Then additional 10 dollars for prepaid hobby plan. I'm my usage for this month has not surpassed the 10 dollars deposited but the dashboard says my trial has been maxed out and my services are down.
I have emailed billing@railway.app they have told me to use this platform instead
Also left another thread for railway team only but haven't gotten a reply so I decided to do a public one too

I recently attempted to verify my account using a prepaid card, and I understand that your system does not accept prepaid cards for payment or verification. However, I noticed that my card was still charged 4 times for $1 each, even though the verification ultimately failed.
Could you please review this and issue a refund for the unauthorized charges? I can provide any necessary transaction IDs or screenshots if needed.
