Billing page not loading + deploy blocked after Trial → Hobby upgrade

Hi, my Railway account appears to be in a broken billing state after upgrading from Free Trial to Hobby.

Symptoms:

- Billing page does not load (blank UI).

- Deploying a new service fails with: “Customer has multiple subscriptions”.

- Existing project returns 404 in the dashboard.

- I only have one workspace.

- This started immediately after upgrading from Trial → Hobby.

Hmm, that's not ideal. I see the duplicate subscription.

I went ahead and refunded the duplicate, and you should be good to go!

Can you let me know how it looks?
