trial credits gone. please help

Exact same issue for me, my card failed to authorize and boom all credits were gone, I only signed up today and haven't deployed anything yet.

subscribing to hobby plan removes trial credits. Looks to me like you joined the hobby plan, then your card got declined so you’re off trial.
