Hello Afternoon,
I'm contacting you again to address the same issue. I was informed that these charges are made only once for verification purposes; however, I have received repeated invoices. I cannot accept being billed four times in the same month for the same item, as I consider it unfair.
Please, I would appreciate it if the relevant transaction team would review the issue. I can't trust an entity that charges my card simultaneously as if nothing happened. Charges must be made for a reason.
I have already notified you several times, and this situation keeps recurring.
I request, please, a definitive solution to this problem. I would appreciate a prompt response.
