Hello,
We host an application on Railway that sends POST requests to a WordPress site (hosted by o2switch), particularly to endpoints such as /wp-json/....
Recently, our requests have been blocked on the WordPress side by the Tiger Protect WAF (error 503 + JavaScript challenge). Upon further investigation, we found that the outgoing IP address 208.77.244.85 appears to be blacklisted by Abusix:

Has anyone else encountered this type of situation (reputable outgoing IP/blacklist → WAF blocking) with Railway or another host?

I looked at that abusix link and it says nothing about a blacklist. Can you take a screenshot of where you're seeing this?
