Hi Team and Community,
I want to open a discussion regarding the massive difficulties and payment friction that developers from Brazil face on Railway. I just suffered a brand new automated ban today simply because I was trying to pay my invoice to keep my 4 production SaaS projects online.
Many of us genuinely love this platform and heavily invest our resources here. However, international credit card processing often triggers aggressive, automated fraud systems (like "Card Testing" bans) out of nowhere. When a legitimate payment fails due to international bank friction, developers try multiple cards out of pure desperation to keep their systems active, only to get blocked again and again without any warning or human review.
As a consumer, the only thing I want is to simply pay, keep my services active, and work. It is deeply frustrating to be treated like a malicious user when all I am doing is trying to give Railway my money.
Please consider alternative payment strategies for international users, such as PayPal or other digital wallets, so we can pay legally and safely without triggering these false positives. I urgently need human intervention on my primary account (systemkarislabs@outlook.com) which is completely down.
How many other international developers are facing this same exact billing roadblock?
