Honestly - I would give it an hour. Caching for this stuff can be extremely frustrating.
Railway is responsible for assigning SSL certificates.

I'm assuming they did because Railway will show a giant orange error if they didn't

it is solved now i had put wrong value for cname and missed www from custom domain
