What may have caused this is, I initiated a redeploy, and cancelled during the "creating containers" step

Teardown with overlap and draining & serverless is enabled

Not critical, this is just my dev env

Will try to preserve this state until enough info has been collected

This deployment was made on Feb 20. We fixed this on Feb 21, so you can redeploy to fix this now, and it shouldn't happen again going forward.
