Browsing on internal network?

I've noticed that RabbitMQ UI does not seem to support MFA, this leaves it vulnerable to attacks if the public proxy is left open. Is there a way to easily browse on the internal network? Or perhaps to enable another layer of auth on the public proxies?

it was closed, and then you opened it back up

that was unclear since nothing of the ticket said "closed" or "reopened". But now I know for the future.
