Bucket Access Denied after upgrading from Trial to Hobby

Hi,

I upgraded my Railway workspace from Trial to the Hobby plan.

My service is online again, but my existing Railway Bucket "buffered-keg" still shows "Access denied" even inside the Railway Files tab.

The bucket still shows approximately 116.7 MB of stored data.

My Hobby plan is active, current usage is $0.00, and I have not reached my usage limit.

Could you please check if the storage organization or bucket is still suspended from when the Trial expired and reactivate access?

I have not regenerated the credentials or deleted the bucket.

Thank you.

The Access Denied error happens directly in Railway Dashboard > buffered-keg > Files, not only from my application.

Your bucket is responding successfully now. I verified that its existing credentials can list objects, so there’s no need to regenerate them.

Could you refresh the Files tab for buffered-keg and retry your application? If you still see “Access denied,” let us know whether it happens in the dashboard, your app, or both.
