Bucket creation accepted, but bucket never appears

Creating a storage bucket through the Railway ChatGPT connector returned “staged.” Committing the change returned success, briefly showed APPLYING, then disappeared.
No bucket appears in the project dashboard, and its credential references resolve empty. The workspace has since upgraded from Trial to Hobby.
Is this a known connector/provisioning issue? How can I check or recover the original request without creating duplicate buckets?

The project currently has no buckets and no pending staged changes, so there is nothing stuck or waiting to be applied. You can create a new bucket from the project canvas without risk of a duplicate.
