Bug configuring 0 regions in Deploy -> Regions

When you put 0 instances in the "instances" input, the region configuration disappears, therefore the regions cannot be configured.

Should be fixed now.

It seems so, but when you hit "DEL" several times the section still disappears. On the other hand, once configured with 0, this section never appears again, not even by clearing the cache

It is important for me that the regions appear because I cannot configure my project, therefore my client cannot see the deployment.
