The incident says it is resolved but I've been trying for 15 minutes to deploy 6a6c4123-f4c9-4c41-ba5f-c3115ddc1753
And it is just sitting at Publishing Image

I just signed up today and have this issue for my Express app. I thought I made a mistake but I'm having the exact same problem using one of their template. There are no build or deployment logs each time it fails.
