This deployment failed due to a platform-side timeout during image finalization. The Docker build completed successfully in about 71 seconds, but the process then hung for approximately 79 minutes before the heartbeat timeout ended it. The same pattern occurred on the previous deployment as well.

Try to turn Metal Build Environment off, in your service settings, and see if that helps.
