builder-fsjlwt cannot
pull container images — builds stuck for 5+ hours. Web service on project carefree-growth.
etl-cron on builder-cloqfn works fine
please help

We're aware of issues with the Metal builder node you're hitting. Cancelling the failed build and redeploying may route you to a different builder and resolve it. If that doesn't work, let us know.

The "deploys paused" indicator you're seeing is related to an incident earlier today that caused resource contention across our build infrastructure. That incident is now resolved. During high-demand periods, Hobby plan deploys can be temporarily paused to prioritize Pro/Enterprise workloads - you can read more about this here. Your queued deployments should process automatically now. If they haven't, try canceling and redeploying.
