Docker build fails instantly at “Build image” with no build logs.

The same Dockerfile builds successfully locally with:

docker build -t kuleli-test .

I also tried creating a new Railway service connected to the same GitHub repo, but it fails the same way with “No build logs”.

Root directory: /kuleliAkademi

Dockerfile path: ./Dockerfile

Branch: main

Please check if this is a Railway builder/BuildKit infrastructure issue or a GitHub source extraction issue.
