Build failed with railpacks due to missing secret

I'm getting consistent build failures.
```
ERROR: failed to build: failed to solve: secret <...> : not found
```
This just started happening since my code expects that env var at runtime (not build time).
I have no predeploy commands. Also, the build completes if I switch to nixpacks.

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:

- 🧵 Failed to compute cache key error during build
- 🧵 Build fails with "failed to calculate checksum[...] ./nixpacks[...].nix not found"
