My build is failing with the error "bin/sh: 1: nest: not found".
When I disable the railway cache with NO_CACHE=1 it works, but when cache is enabled is fails.
Can you help me understand why?
How your cache is working and why it always fail, even when I'm upgrading the version and putting "@nestjs/cli" in dependencies instead of devDependencies.
