My build is failing repeatedly with "failed to fetch snapshot" errors in the BUILD_IMAGE stage, cycling through six different build machines over an hour without ever starting the actual build steps.
Deployment details:
- Project: mywc (b3963318-85cc-4b3e-b0d9-975d8d4ea8e5)
- Environment: production
- Failed deployment ID: 243a0505-3f5a-4934-a483-57f384c38220
- Service ID: d24f5107-23a5-4f0a-851c-4a4498425e74
- Commit: 9290282c (also failed ~2 hours earlier with the same error)
The build logs show the failure is happening in the snapshot-fetch stage, not in my code or config. The SNAPSHOT_CODE step completed successfully (ruling out repo access), but the build workers repeatedly failed to re-fetch that snapshot. The build was rescheduled across at least six different Metal builder machines (builder-vcmwiy, builder-iilzvs, builder-aoxmun, builder-iljueq, and repeats), and each one hit the same snapshot-fetch failure.
No build steps (dependency installation, Docker builds) ever executed. This appears to be a build pipeline infrastructure issue. I've already retried several times without success.

Your retries are reusing a source snapshot that Railway can no longer retrieve. Could you push a new commit to your connected branch to trigger a fresh deployment? An empty commit is fine. If it fails again, send us the new deployment ID so we can investigate the snapshot creation path.
