BUILD_IMAGE fails before Dockerfile execution; logs only show builder scheduling

My TrendMoat API deployment repeatedly fails at BUILD_IMAGE before any Dockerfile steps execute.

Build logs only show builder scheduling, with no further output. Railway’s automated diagnosis reports infra_error.

Deployment ID: e2a7a1a0-a31f-42a6-b082-c2eb29a1ecca

Branch: codex/ledger-api-5.2.2

Root directory: /

Dockerfile path: /Dockerfile

The dashboard also shows “GitHub Repo not found”, although deployment metadata identifies the expected branch and commit.

Could someone help determine whether this is a GitHub access issue, a build configuration issue, or a Railway infrastructure problem? What should I check next?

If this requires Railway staff investigation, please let me know how to escalate it. Thank you.

Your build log shows the error: the Dockerfile's VOLUME instruction on line 72 is not supported. Remove that instruction and attach a Railway Volume from the dashboard for persistent storage, then redeploy.
