I keep getting a failed deploy because 'Image of size 5.6GB exceeded the limit of 4GB'.
I'm currently on the free plan and want to upgrade to the hobby plan, but I don't know if the hobby plan is sufficient for this size limit (for instance if it supports image sizes above 5GB).

Yup. Hobby should let you bypass this need
