Service: 739a88ad-cabf-4a32-a0ac-39106b5acb65 (web) Repo: tororealllc/toro-real-api (main branch) Commit: 58bf3923a65636a6e2e75ecdd3dd4947794ff7cb

Error: "failed to solve: secret Public not found" during BuildKit solve (install mise packages: python step)

Context:

Same commit deployed successfully on 2026-05-05 at 09:56 UTC (deployment ef0409a1)

Has failed 9 consecutive times since then over ~15 hours

Code and configuration are confirmed valid

Only change in commit: switched builder from NIXPACKS to RAILPACK in railway.toml

No code changes pushed after this commit

Error is internal to BuildKit daemon, not user code

What I've tried:

Multiple redeployments (all failed with same error)

Diagnosis confirms infrastructure issue, not code issue

Can the Railway team investigate the build daemon for this service?

URGENT: Build infrastructure down 21+ hours — 9 consecutive failures, no response

Service: 739a88ad-cabf-4a32-a0ac-39106b5acb65 (web) Repo: tororealllc/toro-real-api (main branch) Commit: 58bf3923a65636a6e2e75ecdd3dd4947794ff7cb

Error:"failed to solve: secret Public not found" during BuildKit solve

Timeline:

  • 2026-05-05 09:56 UTC: Deployed successfully (deployment ef0409a1)
  • 2026-05-05 ~14:00 UTC onwards: 9 consecutive failures with same error
  • 2026-05-06 ~11:00 UTC: Posted to Discord help and Central Station
  • 2026-05-06 ~08:00 UTC (now): 21 hours, no response

Status: Service is completely down. Production traffic affected.

Confirmed:

  • Code and config are valid (proven by successful deployment on same commit)
  • Only change: switched builder from NIXPACKS to RAILPACK in railway.toml
  • No code changes since
  • Error is internal BuildKit daemon issue, not user code

Request: Urgent investigation of build infrastructure for this service. Service is down and blocking production.

You have a variable named Public Base URL with whitespace instead of underscores, and it is not in capital case.
