During the build, Railway (via Nixpacks/apt) tried to install the libatomic1 system package. The build container couldn't reach Debian's package mirrors (deb.debian.org) — both IPv6 (2a04:4e42::644) and IPv4 attempts timed out / "Network is unreachable". Because the package index never downloaded, apt then couldn't find libatomic1 and errored.

All my 3 services are down and taking very long to build
