Updated my project and attempted to deploy several times, failing each time.

• Only change was in an existing code file, not related to the build procedure

• Each timeout happened after almost exactly 5 minutes of build

That seems like it's some issue in the way deployments are run.

Is it the free tier? The project didn't break after my trial credits ran out, despite the warning in the emails.
