The build is just failing no reasons. but dont know why its failing. I am not able to see the logs? why logs just dont show up sometimes.

Your screenshot shows the "Deploy Logs" tab selected, but the service status indicates a build failure. Build logs and deploy logs are separate tabs - since the build failed, there would be no deploy logs. Click the "Build Logs" tab next to "Deploy Logs" to see the error that caused the build to fail.
