Build normally takes <2 minutes, small UI tweak 10+ min waiting to deploy. Outage?

Normally my webapp (nextjs) takes 2-3 min max to deploy a new build after it gets pushed from github. Multiple deploys right now are stalling, is there an issue going on?

I don't really see much indicating an issue around. Are you still running into this? I've had some personal builds go out quickly
