Issue:

Build has been stuck for 30+ minutes. Logs show build being

rescheduled across 7+ different Metal builders (builder-uiaoau,

builder-xygzfp, builder-xayinw, builder-krazhj) without completing.

Each reschedule restarts the entire build from scratch (downloading

678MB snapshot, 121MB Nix packages). Actual build time when it runs

is ~2 minutes, but rescheduling loops prevent completion.

This correlates with your current "Image Registry (Metal) degraded

performance" incident.

Request: Please advise on workaround or ETA for resolution.
