Deployments are looking like they have recovered.
Still having very long "Creating containers" times, was fine for hours and now its back

Ditto what @LeeXDA is saying. I am seeing long deploys both for East and West coast builds.
The builds themselves get finished in around 2 mins which is normal but then it seems stalled in that it is not deploying.

It finally deployed but wow 11 mins 🤣
