Hi, My deployment has been stuck at the "Build > Publishing image" step for over 25 minutes and is not progressing. - Service: tarasaju-report - Region: asia-southeast1 - Commit: ce7410b ("fix: CHUNK_MAP 중복 정의 제거") - Previous deploy (d20c92ce) failed due to a TypeScript build error, which has been fixed in this commit. - The build step itself completed successfully, but "Publishing image" has been hanging. The Docker image includes Puppeteer + Chromium, so it's relatively large (~800MB+), but previous deploys with the same Dockerfile typically completed in under 10 minutes. Is this related to the upcoming maintenance (Queued Actions Upgrade, 11:00-14:00 GMT today)? Or is there an issue with the image registry in asia-southeast1? Would appreciate any help. Thank you.

This is a known transient issue with our container registry affecting the image push step. We're tracking it and working on a fix. Please cancel the stuck deployment and trigger a new one - retries typically succeed.
