Every deploy fails with only scheduling build on Metal builder "builder-ctwqwq" in the logs, repeated, no build steps. Roughly 18 consecutive failures. Another service in the same project deploys fine, and I've already tried: retries, cache purge, and building without the Dockerfile — all fail identically. It looks like their builder assignment for this specific service is stuck.
