Error: Build daemon lost track of job after snapshot upload
Pattern: Snapshot uploads succeed (12.8 MB) but daemon cannot find job
Build logs show:
- Setup: OK
- Install: OK
- Snapshot upload: 538ms
- Build image: "no such job" error
This happens consistently across all 4 regions (us-west2, europe-west4, us-east, ap-southeast)
