This is the third time I've tried to deploy this commit.
The build is succesful but it still hangs

Perfect, cancelled mine just incase sine the services rely on each other. Gonna rebuild now.
Good thing you reported it though, there were issues yesterday/the day before on EUW so hopefully they investigate a bit more.
