Same issue. Been an hour since my deployments are stuck in "building" to eu metal.

Hello,

Going to mark as solved, OP's deployment is back online, and I have manually moved enerjeet's deployments back to EU West non-metal.

EU West Metal is not yet available GA, little mistake on our part for showing it in the selector before it was ready, but it has since been removed from the selector so this mistake won't be possible again.
