Hi, we're experiencing a generalized build issue across our services. Builds hang indefinitely when trying to resolve any external dependency — for example, at load metadata for ghcr.io/railwayapp/nixpacks:ubuntu-1745885067, but also when pulling packages from npm, PyPI, or any other external registry. This suggests that Railway's build infrastructure currently has no outbound connectivity to external hosts. The issue is not specific to our project or configuration, as it affects multiple services and different package managers. We've attempted several redeploys with the same result. Is there an active incident affecting external network access from the builders? Any workaround or ETA for resolution would be greatly appreciated.
