Hey there, it looks like your deploy was missing a region. We'll be looking at how things got into that state. But in the meantime could you please try adding a region from your Service's settings page (click the Service on the canvas, click Settings > scroll down to Region).
Let us know how it goes.

Ah yep that was it. Yea there was no indication of that being the issue neither in the logs or in the region UI. To help on your side some we moved to metal, then moved back to non-metal, so maybe that got it to that state somehow.
Also, a side note: did we lose business class?
