Successful builds on my local machine take less than a minute. All previous builds on Railway have been ~4 min in total. That's acceptable based on the platform.
I made changes to 6 app files only: no package.json, next.config, tsconfig, Tailwind, or .env. So nothing that touches the build pipeline, dependencies, or compiler settings. The Build stage alone in Railway is at 14m 30S and climbing.
I moved up to a paid tier because of performance issues like this across my main 2 apps. I am frustrated that even on a paid tier that these slow builds persist. I'd like to understand why this is happening so frequently. I am hardly the most active user on Railway, and the fact I run into this almost every time I make updates is concerning, especially for someone who is getting ready to launch 2 major platforms.
Please advise if this is resolvable or if this is just what I should expect from Railway moving forward. Build is now at 17 minutes and climbing... that's already 9x what it was before the edit (which builds fine locally).

If you don't have Skipped Builds enabled, you can enable it from your service settings. It should help with your issue.

@railway What's the point of paying for support if you just pawn it off to the public?
