Builds extremely slow/failing

Been pushing multiple small updates to my staging environment, which had been working, Normally the web build takes 8-10m, it's at almost 30m without finishing. The logs appear to have long periods of time between them, which gives the impression it's locking up and not doing anything

It had stopped, but it's happening again just now

normally my go servers builds and deploys in 30s, maybe 60s tops, took 6m

looks like it took 5m to get from "go: downloading go1.23.2 (linux/amd64)" to "Using Nixpacks"
