After trying to railway up several times, in the same project in different environments, all builds are currently failing with a

UndefinedVar: Usage of undefined variable '$NIXPACKS_PATH' (line 18)

LegacyKeyValueFormat: "ENV key=value" should be used instead of legacy "ENV key value"

We were deploying successfully as of this morning but have not been able to get a successful build in the afternoon, $NIXPACKS_PATH is not a variable we've used before.
