Builds in Amsterdam Metal failing

Hi folks

I noticed Amsterdam Metal as a region option, moved one of my serivces over and the build started but did nothing for 40 mins.

I killed it, started another and it now immediately fails.

The region drop down has now also disappeared.

My guess is that it wasn't meant to be available for usage yet
