One thing you can do to improve your deployment times is to decrease your Resource Limits. Currently you have this service set to the maximum (32/32). Setting this to a lower value will make it easier for the orchestrator to find available cpu and memory.

Looks like it looked for 9 minutes before being canceled. Your current deployment is in a good state.
