Hi,
I am encountering a persistent issue: old builds remain active and require manual removal. Furthermore, upon attempting removal, they become stuck in the "Removing" state rather than transitioning to "Removed."
Note: It only do it on my sveltekit service, the rest of my services work fine

Hey, sorry about the issue from a few days ago. It was related to an incident that we were having and since resolved. We've put in a place some measures to prevent the same issue from happening again
