Description of the issue: All 3 deploy attempts for my project fail at the BUILD_IMAGE stage before any build steps (pip install etc.) run. Each
time, the same builder is assigned and the build never progresses past scheduling.
Error messages: Build logs show only "scheduling build on Metal builder "builder-zklzyv"" then the deployment is marked FAILED. No further
output.
Logs: Build logs (JSON) for all 3 attempts contain nothing beyond the scheduling line above — no pip/install output, no error trace.

If you're using github you may be affected by the issue, Try Redeploy, if it didn't work, Try Deploy Latest Commit or Deploy it as a new service
