The server seems to build fine, but its stuck when trying to deploy on railway.
Seems to be related to this issue https://help.railway.app/questions/stuck-on-deploy-creating-containers-de68dc79 and this incident https://railway.instatus.com/clyotu5or116647hioqmpu9hfo5.

Hi Mocha,
Thank you. We've been making strides on addressing this issue, but there are still some cases where containers can fail to start. I see that you had a successful deployment a few minutes after creating this issue. Can you confirm it works as expected?
