Services: Chatwoot + SideKiq
Both services stuck in endless "unpacking archive" loop across 4 Metal builders. Never reaches buildkit, Dockerfile, or Railpack steps. Loops every 30s for ~21 minutes then fails silently with no error message.
Archive size: 73.6MB (reduced from 166MB).
Tried: reduced archive size, switched from Railpack to Dockerfile builder. Same result.
Last successful build: June 1 at 16:33 UTC (deploy 08d64221) — identical code and settings.
Failed deployment IDs: d9a21c90 (Chatwoot), 36c5b69c (SideKiq)
Production is still running on old deploy but cannot ship any new code.
